  • How do I buy a gift card? Can I do it online?

Part 1

We confirm that it is possible to purchase a gift card online, on our website. To do so, we invite you to follow the following steps:

  1. Click on the "Offer a gift card" button just above.
  2. Select the amount of your gift card.
  3. Add your name, the name of the beneficiary and your personalized message (this message is optional and is addressed to the person you wish to offer the gift card to).
  4. Click on the "add to cart" button, then on "place order".
  5. Fill in your details and click on "next step".
  6. Enter your credit card information and validate your payment.
  7. Congrats, your purchase is confirmed!

Part 2

You will then receive, by e-mail, a PDF document with the colours of theatreinparis.com containing the following information:

  • Amount: *the chosen amount in €* (Can be used multiple times if the amount is greater than the basket total.)
  • From: *the name you have entered for yourself*
  • For: *the person to whom you wish to gift it to*
  • Your message: *the message you wrote* (optional)
  • Explanations: *all information needed on how to use the gift card on our site*

This PDF document is sent to the e-mail address you will have indicated at the time of payment (yours). You can then send it to the person of your choice, either in digital PDF format or in printed format.

  • Can I buy several tickets or shows with my gift card?

The gift card is applied to the entire shopping cart. It is therefore valid on several tickets of different shows.

  • How long does the gift card last?

The gift card is valid to book any show or experience available on theatreinparis.com for a period of 24 months after the date of purchase.

  • What if the total cost is more than the gift card?

If the value of your gift card is less than the total basket, you will have to pay the remaining amount.

  • What if the total cost is less than the gift card?

If the value of the gift card is higher than the total price of the reservation, the total cost of the order will be €0,00. You will then be able to redeem the remaining amount of your gift card with the same code when making a future reservation on theatreinparis.com
