By making a purchase, the customer (You) acknowledges his/her complete acceptance, without exception, of the Terms and waives his/her right to refer to any other document that may be contrary to the Terms.
The Terms may be changed at any time on the initiative of Theatre in Paris SAS. The Terms which apply to a purchase will be those online at the time the purchase is confirmed.
In case of litigation, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
Use of the Website
You can only use the Website to make purchases for a legitimate purpose. No misuse of end purpose is allowed, including for purposes contrary to public order and morality.
Failure to comply with the Terms may result in the possibility for the Website, at any time and without prior notice, to prohibit or restrict your access to all or part of the Website, without prejudice to any damages.
Except in cases of fraud in which it is your responsibility to provide evidence, you are financially responsible for the actions on the Website, including the use of your email address and password. You also warrant the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided on the Website.
Description of the service
The Website is a platform which promotes performances of an artistic, musical, cultural nature (« the Shows ») and allow customers to make reservations for these Shows.
The Website may also sell packaged offers including, at minimum, a reservation to a Show and one or various additional service(s) (« the Services »).
Once their purchase completed and the payment processed, customers are sent their vouchers (« the Vouchers ») through email. These Vouchers are required to access the Shows and the Services.
The Shows are hosted or produced by third party organisers (« the Organisers »), including but not limited to venues (« the Venues ») and producers, which undertake the organisation and bear responsibility for the organisation of the Shows.
The additional Services may be provided by the Organisers or by the Website, depending on the Service considered.
Availability
Some of the Shows and Services marketed on the Website are subject to availability. No claim can be made if one or various Show(s) and Service(s) is/are not available for purchase.
Disabled persons: it is necessary to specify at the time of purchase the practical necessities for your disability. A special request will consequently be made to the Venues and we will seek all reasonable means to make the access possible. However, access to the Venues is subject to the Venues staff's approval and depends on the conditions of accessibility. If access to the Venues is impossible and/or is not accepted by the Venues staff, your purchase will be cancelled and integrally refunded in the shortest time possible.
Overweight persons: please note that some Venues only provide narrow seats (no more than 50 centimetres wide). Overweight persons are requested to specify at the time of reservation their practical necessities. Theatre in Paris will ask the Venues to seek all reasonable means in order to make the access possible. If no solution has been found, your purchase will be cancelled and integrally refunded in the shortest time possible.
Prices
Prices mentioned on the Website are stated per person in Euros (€). Unless otherwise indicated, the prices include VAT. Any additional services which are not included in the initial reservation will be billed as a supplement. Prices are subject to modification without notice and are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email. Prices quoted on the Website may vary depending on the Venues seat availability. Prices quotes are valid only for purchases made on the Website.
Payment
To confirm a purchase, payment must be made at the time of booking by credit card. The secure payment system which is set up on the Website accepts the following payment cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Your bank account will immediately be debited for the amount of purchase.
By communicating the information relating to your credit card, you authorize the Website to debit your credit card with the amount corresponding to the price including taxes. By using your credit card on the Website, you hold responsibility to be the rightful holder of the credit card to be debited and that the name on the credit card is your name.
Should a payment of the purchase not be possible, the transaction shall be immediately cancelled, along with the reservation.
All the payments made through the Website are secured through our ticketing software provider, Regiondo, and their payment provider, Stripe, which will be the only recipient of your banking information.
Once the payment is made, a purchase confirmation with your attached vouchers (one for each person) will be sent to your email address within a short time following the time of the purchase. It will contain the essential elements, such as the identification of the Shows and Services purchased and the price. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information on your Vouchers complies with your purchase. No claims will be accepted after the performance date.
Access to the Shows and Services
Access to the Shows and Services is under the control of each Voucher validity.
Customers attending a Show will receive their final ticket with seating assignment when presenting their Voucher at the Venue before the Show. Seating assignment is made by the Organiser on a first purchased-first served basis.
Your Voucher is only valid for the place, the date and exact time of the Show and Service. Once the Show or Service has started, access to the Show or Service is not guaranteed and you will not be entitled to any refund. We therefore advise you to arrive before the start of the Show or Service. In case of late arrival at a Show, your seats may be assigned to other spectators and may well be downgraded.
To be valid, your Voucher must be either printed or presented on a mobile device.
Each Voucher has a barcode granting access to the Show and Service to one person. During the voucher check, you may be asked to provide a valid official photo ID.
It is forbidden to reproduce, use, copy, duplicate, or forge the Voucher in any way whatsoever. Failure to comply with such prohibition shall result in criminal prosecution. Similarly, any purchase made by a bribe to get a Voucher will result in criminal prosecution and the invalidity of such Voucher.
You remain responsible for Voucher usage. In case of loss, theft or copying a valid Voucher, only the Voucher original holder can access the performance.
Cancellation and modifications
All purchases are final, the Vouchers cannot be cancelled.
The Vouchers cannot be amended, except in exceptional cases depending on the Show or Service purchased. When allowed, amendments will be processed after the payment of a 10,00 Euros (€) amendment fee per Voucher.
Any customer's no-show, for any reason, is not entitled to any refund.
Theatre in Paris SAS does its best efforts to offer you an experience that lives up to your expectations. However, staging and casting of the Shows remain at the discretion of the Organisers. The Organisers reserve the right to modify or shorten the Shows, without entitlement to any refund. Any Show interrupted beyond half its duration will not give right to any refund or Voucher exchange, provided that the duration of the performance does not include additional Services which can be included in the purchased package (such as a dinner, a backstage visit of the Venue, etc.).
The Organisers reserve the right to cancel a Show without first informing the audience. Such cancellation does not give right to any compensation other than the full reimbursement of the Vouchers to the Show, within a month after the date of the performance. Any other Service which may be included in the purchased package, such as a diner, a glass of champagne, a backstage visit, etc., will not be refunded, unless this Service is cancelled too.
Any cancellation resulting from an emergency or extenuating circumstances, including but not limited to any war, terrorism act, civil unrest, strikes, severe weather, administrative decision, exceptional closure and other extraordinary circumstances, does not give entitlement to any refund.
Rules of procedure
Failure to comply with all or part of the Terms may result in (i) the cancellation of your order and in such case, you will not be entitled to any compensation nor any refund; (ii) suspension of your access to the Website and the closing of any personal account, without prejudice of any damages that may be requested by Theatre in Paris SAS.
Respectful behaviour towards the Venues’ staff and artists is requested. Venues’ staff reserves the right to refusing access or expelling any customer who interferes with the smooth functioning of the Shows.
In accordance with legal provisions for the minors protection, no alcoholic beverages may be ordered by a minor inside the Venues, and the Venues’ staff reserves the right to request an ID to verify the age of any person who orders an alcoholic drink.
Animals are not permitted on the Venues’ premises, with the exception of guide dogs, in accordance with the current legislation.
It is strictly prohibited to take pictures, film or to record all or part of the Shows. Any violation of this prohibition will be sanctioned by the device confiscation until the end of the Show or will lead to the eviction of the Show, and possible prosecution before the courts.
Venues are non-smoking places.
