This sonic journey blends the richness of European baroque with the vibrant pulse of Congolese music, for a stimulating experience of musical vibration.
On stage, some fifteen artists - musicians, singers and dancers - bring together two musical worlds that might seem opposites: European Baroque, with its complex melodies and delicate harmonies, and Congolese music, rich in lively rhythms and polyphonic chants.
Coup fatal is an exploration of themes that cross cultures and eras. Love, loss, joy and resilience are expressed through the voices of the singers and the movements of the dancers.
